T1, Week 1

Welcome To 2024

What a fantastic start to the 2024 School Year we have had in the Primary Department! It was lovely to see all our Year 1 - 6 students return to school on Monday and quickly get into their learning. It has also been very exciting to see our youngest students begin Prep and Kindergarten on Wednesday and Thursday. A huge thank you goes to our Prep, Kindergarten and Learning Engagement staff who have worked so hard to make our students feel welcome. As I have walked from class to class this week our students have been busy learning and I look forward to seeing all they will achieve this year.

Primary Awards

During Term 1 we will be very busy preparing for our school musical Finding Nemo Jr. In order for us to facilitate rehearsals there will be no Primary Assembly in Term 1. We love to celebrate the achievements of our students so we will present our Primary Awards during Primary Lines each Monday morning at 8:50am in even term weeks. Parents of award recipients are warmly invited to join us for this short Primary gathering in the COLA. If your child is receiving an award you will be contacted by the school the week before. Please see award presentation dates for Term 1 in the table below:
