Book Club is on again! Catalogues have been distributed to all primary classes. If you wish to place an order, please go to the website which is listed on the catalogue. All purchases help to raise funds for the library. Please note, the selection of books in the catalogue is chosen by Scholastic, not MCS. We leave it to your discretion to choose which books are appropriate for your child.
The Premier’s Reading Challenge has begun and all students from kindergarten to year 12 are welcome and encouraged to participate. The Premier’s Reading Challenge is a voluntary marathon of reading run by the Department of Education. Participating students must read at least twenty books from the Premier’s Reading Challenge list before the end of August. Kindergarten and Stage 1 students are participating through their class; any students from Stage 2 through Secondary who wish to join, must do so through the library.
