Athletics Carnival: Wednesday, 10th May

It is with great excitement that we look forward to celebrating our God-given athletic prowess this Wednesday while also getting outside and being active. This carnival is for our Primary (Years 3 - 6) and Secondary (Years 7 - 12) students. An Infant's Carnival (Prep - Year 2) is planned for later this year.
Where: Kindlebark Oval, Medowie
When: 9:30am for Carnival Commencement
Early Events: 8:15am for 1500m and Javelin
Students wanting to participate in the 1500m (Track Event) and the Javelin (Years 7-12 ONLY) need to be at the Carnival at 8:15am. It is the parents responsibility to transport their child to the Carnival for these early events. These students can return to school on the bus if not being collected from the Carnival.
We would like to invite parents and family of our athletes to attend this event. We ask that you watch from the perimeter of Kindlebark Oval and not attend events inside of the running track. Bring a blanket, shade and some chairs for seating. We are hoping and praying for a big MCS family turnout to cheer our students on!
BYOD Parent Information Night: Thursday 11 May - 6:30pm

Active Fun - After School Soccer Program
We would like to thank the MCS community for supporting our after school soccer program. It has been a great success with classes running on Monday and Thursday. The improvement in the children’s skills and confidence has been amazing, and we love seeing the smiling faces throughout the sessions. We had so much fun during Term 1 and look forward to sessions in Term 2. We have rebranded to Active Fun. Same coaches, same program! Just a new name with new colours.
