BYOD Parent Information Night: Thursday 11 May - 6:30pm

Our MCS community is warmly welcomed to attend our first Term 2 Parent Connect, to be held at 6:30pm in the Staff Common Room. An FAQ document to answer questions that have come through from parents is available here to assist our families. Please come and join in hearing information about the BYOD (Apple) arrangements that will commence in 2024.

Mothers’ Day Breakfast: 5 May - 7:30am All mothers, grandmothers, aunts and special women in our lives are invited to join a special breakfast together in the Lighthouse foyer and outside area. What a wonderful opportunity to meet together and celebrate the significant women in our lives! An invitation has been sent home to families, but please let the front desk know if you have missed the invitation. RSVPs required by Tuesday 2nd May .

School Uniform

Students are welcome to wear either their Summer or Winter uniform in Week 2 of Term 2. All students will be required to wear Winter uniform from Week 3. Hats are mandatory in the playground.

Online Ordering

Alinta have now moved the purchase of all uniforms to online only. If you require uniform items, please visit https://www.alintaapparel.com.au/ and log in to purchase the items you need.

Back to School Vouchers

Families are welcome to use their back to school vouchers with Alinta. To use your voucher, you will need to purchase over the phone. Please call 02 4321 0433 to place your order if you wish to use your vouchers.

Block S Renovation Great progress was made over the Easter School holidays, with the renovation coming close to completion. We await quotes for pathways around the building, finalisation of internal spaces and our furniture to arrive. There is still some way to go but the end is in sight. We can see it won’t be too long!

MCS Canteen The school canteen is part of the Block S renovation project with the fitted-out container that will be our canteen already onsite. Once the pathways are constructed the canteen will then be able to be placed in position, ready to be opened for students to enjoy a canteen morning tea or lunch. Thank you for your patience as we get the canteen organised and ready to open for our MCS students.
