Staffing Update
As MCS continues to grow we are privileged to be able to welcome new staff into our community. This week two key leadership roles were announced with Mrs Alisa Hill joining the team in the role of Infants Coordinator. Mrs Hill has a range of experience in Christian Education and is looking forward to getting to know all of the Infants community here at MCS.
Whilst not new to MCS, Mrs Kathy Patton has been appointed to the role of Primary Coordinator in 2025 following on from the wonderful work Mrs Deb Nala has done. Mrs Nala will still be an integral part of our school community however, has elected to focus her time and attention on her classroom teaching in 2025. We are grateful for her contribution to our community and know Mrs Patton has a wonderful foundation to build upon.
Christmas Chapel and Markets
Christmas is a very special occasion when we celebrate the birth of Christ and God’s gift of love to us through the gift of his son. At MCS we will honour this special occasion through a Christmas Chapel Service followed by our traditional Christmas markets.
When: Monday, 2nd December
Dress: Christmas Mufti Dress (shoulders should be covered, runners should be worn, all students will need to wear a sun safe hat).
Cost: A gold coin donation for Christmas dress plus money to spend at the markets (approx $10). All funds raised will go to Compassion.
Bring: A picnic rug and special picnic lunch to have on the oval.
We look forward to celebrating Christmas together as the MCS community.
