We have been busy planning for 2025 and would like to share the calendar/term dates with our community to assist you in planning for the year ahead.

Car Park Safety
At the start of a new term it is important to be reminded of our safety in the car park. With an increasing number of families joining our school community, please be reminded that the safety of our students and community is paramount in the carpark of a morning and afternoon. We thank you for your continued support in keeping others safe.
Drop-off and collection of children in the morning (8am-9am) and afternoon (3pm-3:30pm) is solely from the Overflow Church Car Park.
No Parking, drop-off or collection of children from the school grounds carpark or bus zone.
'Kiss and Drop' of children is to be parallel park outside the Overflow Church. No parking along the full length of the southern edge of the carpark for ‘Kiss & Drop’ between 8-9am each morning.
Children and parents are to cross into the carpark at the designated crossing.
Park in designated car parking spaces only.
No Parking in the designated parks for Medowie Medical Centre.
No Parking in the area near the Coffee Van and Children's Playground.
No parking in front of Medowie Medical Centre. This space is reserved for Emergency Vehicle access only.
10 km/h speed in car park.
Listen to and follow the directions of the Staff on Duty at all times.

School Uniform Notice
Students are now expected to wear full Summer Uniform beginning the first day of Term 4. We continue to require students to wear the appropriate uniform for the day of the week as outlined in the 2024 Uniform Days document.
Please note that it is our expectation that students follow our approach to community through wearing the correct uniform well. Students who wear incorrect uniform without an email from a parent/guardian requesting their child be excused, on any particular day, will firstly receive a reminder, secondly receive a warning and finally receive a consequence for repeated non-compliance.
If an email from a parent/guardian is necessary, they should be sent to the child’s class teacher (Primary) and also to medowie@acc.edu.au (for all Primary and Secondary). Thank you for helping us maintain our uniform standard each day.
Keen Bean Canteen Announcement
Keen Bean Canteen operation hours have changed starting Term 4, with a full menu and lunch orders now available on Mondays and Fridays via the Flexischools App.
On Wednesdays the canteen will have an adjusted and somewhat limited menu available which will become available for perusal on Flexischools during the upcoming school holidays. Items for order will include (but is not limited to) pies, sausage rolls, tenders and bolognese. Wednesday will be a lunchtime only operation day (second break) with drinks and snacks being available over the counter only (not preorder).
