T2, Week 4
Winter Uniform
Thank you to all students in Primary and Secondary for wearing the Formal Winter Uniform in accordance with the Uniform Policy. This was the first week of Formal Winter Uniform as we head towards winter and whilst the change can take a little while to get used to, our students certainly do look exceptional as was commented by families at the Principal’s Tour this week.
We have become aware of some delays with some stock items from our uniform supplier Alinta and if you are affected by uniform item delays please write a note explaining this to your child's Class or Care Group Teacher.
Colds and COVID
As we come into the winter months we are experiencing more sickness throughout our school community. Hay fever, colds, flus and COVID have been impacting students and staff early on this term. If your child is unwell, please keep them at home to rest and recover to limit the spread of sickness across our school and ensure they are operating at their best when at school. This benefits the whole school community.
School Camps
School Camps are coming up this term with our Year 7 - 9 students preparing for Camp in Week 6 and our Stage 3 students away in Week 9. We are blessed to have these learning opportunities away from school that help students to apply their learning to new contexts, build new friendships and develop new skills. Payment for camp has already been issued to families in Fee Statements and is required to be made prior to your child attending the camp.
