T2, Week 4
What a great week we have had in our Primary Department! It was lovely to see everyone arrive on Monday in their formal MCS Winter Uniform. Our students look well presented and this helps set the tone for their learning during the day. Thank you to all our families for supporting the school with their efforts to wear full school uniform.
GRIP Leadership Conference
Our Primary Student Leaders represented MCS at the annual GRIP Leadership Conference in Newcastle this week. At this event they engaged in some exciting team building games, met and shared ideas with leaders from other schools and learned about foundational leadership principles and how to put these into practice in their own lives. A great time was had by all and the students concluded the day identifying an area of leadership that they will work on as well as developing a plan to assist them with their leadership development.
