T2, Week 1
Parent Teacher Interviews
MCS will host Parent Teacher Interviews in Term 2 during Week 2 and Week 3.
MCS will run our usual on-site Parent Teacher Interviews at school in the Lighthouse on Tuesday 7th May from 3:30pm - 8:00pm and the following week on Thursday 16th May from 3:30pm - 8:00pm. We hope that you will be able to make one of these afternoons/evenings in Term 2 to connect with us as we partner together for your child's education.
Booking details have been released to families through the Sentral Parent App and will close at 12 noon on Monday 6th May.
Mother’s Day Stall
We will be holding a Mother's Day Stall on Thursday 9th May (Term 2, Week 2) which will be located in The Lighthouse Foyer. Primary students will visit the stall at a designated time throughout the day with their class and Secondary students may visit the stall during recess and lunchtime. Gifts will be $5 each. Primary students must pay with cash only and Secondary students can pay with cash or card.
Mother’s Day Breakfast
On Friday 10th May (Term 2, Week 2) all Mothers, Grandmothers, and Carers are invited to a Mother's Day Breakfast beginning at 7:30am and concluding at 8:30am. Breakfast will be served inside and outside of The Lighthouse Foyer. This will be a special time to celebrate the important women in our lives.
MCS Technology Strategy
As we continue to enhance our approach to the use of Technology here at MCS we have developed a strategy document that will help guide our approach now and into the future. We would like to make this available here for any families who would like to read and understand a little more about how we are aiming to leverage technology for learning at MCS.
