Keen Bean Canteen Notice
Due to unforeseen circumstances our friends at the Keen Bean Canteen will need to close temporarily (approx. 2 weeks) however, we hope to announce their re-opening to you soon. We know how much our canteen is valued by many MCS families and look forward to resuming service as soon as possible.
Planning Ahead: Student Departures & 2027 Preparation
With the year moving quickly, our team is already preparing for another fantastic year of learning in 2027. Accurate enrolment numbers allow us to organise classes, staffing, and resources to serve our students well.
If your family's circumstances are changing; please let us know as soon as possible. As a reminder, MCS requires 6 weeks' written notice for student departures. Providing timely notice helps us manage our wait pool for incoming families and ensures you avoid any late withdrawal fees outlined in your enrolment agreement.

🎨 Last Chance: Calling All Young Artists: The CEM Prize 2026
MCS is proud to participate in the fourth annual CEM Prize, a national portraiture competition celebrating student voice and creativity. This is a unique opportunity for students from Primary to Secondary to showcase their talent on a national stage.
The challenge? Create a 2D portrait of someone you know personally. We aren't just looking for technical perfection—we want to see observation, relationship, and meaning.
Why Enter?
National Recognition: Selected works will be featured in the National Online Virtual Exhibition.
