The Equestrian Team would like to congratulate and celebrate with Elouise Grills this week. Elouise spent a huge 9 days at Werribee in Victoria over the school holidays competing at the Australian Interschools Championships. Elouise and Sisco finished as the Australian Reserve Champion in Primary 45cm (jump height) Combined Training. She finished 4th overall in the Preliminary Dressage and 4th in the pas de deux which is a freestyle paired dressage event to music that includes costumes.
Congratulations Elouise and Sisco for this incredible result. We are so proud of you both.
Currently as the rest of us begin the weekend, the MCS Equestrian Team along with their coach Emma Broome, Mrs Patton and Ms Pietsch are half way through their competition at the Inter Schools Horse Extravaganza (ISHE) in Tamworth. We are very proud of the team and appreciate all of the hard work that coaches Emma and Matt Broome have put in with the team this year. We look forward to seeing all that they have been up to next week on their return.
