T2, Week 4
Primary FUTSAL Gala Day
Congratulations to all our students who represented MCS at the NSW FUTSAL Gala Day on Monday. Our teams played hard and made us proud with the Under 12 Boys winning their competition! Our Under 10 Boys came runner up and our Under 12 Girls finished in third. Both of our boys teams have qualified for the State Championships which will be held in Maitland in June. Congratulations to all our teams and big thanks to our coaches Mr Wenham and Mrs Urra for taking these teams. Well done everyone for faithfully using the gifts and talents that God has given you to serve Him.

Wednesday Sport
Sport is up and running for both our Primary and Secondary schools. Please make sure you know what sport you are in and what equipment you will need for your chosen sport. Just a reminder that hats are compulsory and you will need them to participate in sport.
Athletics Carnival
Week 5, Friday 31st May is our Athletics Carnival at Kindlebark Oval in Medowie. Parents are more than welcome to attend and cheer on our students on this great day.
If your child was interested in attempting to represent at HRIS for the 800m, the 1500m, or the javelin (for Secondary), nomination forms were required to be completed by today (23rd May) to enable participation in these events. The Pre-Athletics events will take place next week on Wednesday 29th May.
