T1, Week 3
Swimming Carnival
This week saw our swimming carnival finally arrive and what a day it was! Congratulations to all our swimmers who put in a massive effort for their houses and for all of the support they showed their friends and fellow competitors regardless of what house they were in.
Thank you to all of our families who joined us for the day. It was great to be able to share the day with you and celebrate your children’s success at the pool. Results from the carnival will be revealed at full house next week with our zone representative team being posted shortly. Please enjoy some photos from the day below.
We will start to switch our focus to the Cross Country Carnival which is coming up on the 27th of March (Wednesday Week 9).
Sport Program
Week 4 will see the commencement of our regular school sport program. Please ensure that the permission note has been signed off in the Sentral Parent Portal so your child can attend their regular sport.
Students, please check what sport you have been allocated and make sure that you are dressed for sport (sport uniform and hat), ready to participate on Wednesday.
Equestrian
The Equestrian team will be having a short ‘Welcome to 2024’ meeting this upcoming Thursday afternoon in the staffroom, beginning at 3:30pm. All existing and prospective families involved in equestrian are invited and encouraged to attend as we will discuss the upcoming year and the exciting opportunities that are coming up for our team. Mountain Biking
The Permission Notes for the Mountain Biking have been placed on Sentral Parent Portal. This note is for permissions for Mountain Biking Lunchtime Club and Mountain Biking Wednesday Sporting Groups. If your child would like to participate in one or both of the Mountain Biking groups, please check that permission has been granted.
