HRIS Public Speaking Competition
Last Friday several of our Stage 2 and 3 Public Speaking Club members represented MCS at the annual HRIS Public Speaking Competition. A great time was had by all with some of our students proving to be outstanding speakers. A huge congratulations goes to Tobias for coming first in the Prepared Speech category and for being Highly Commended in the Impromptu Speech category. Congratulations also to Eden for coming second in the Bible Reading category. We are so proud of these students and their achievements and can’t wait to hear them speak more in public in the future.

Mr Weeks' Prep Visit
On Wednesday Mr Weeks visited Prep to hear about their learning of the five senses. As part of this Prep created an artwork that demonstrated their understanding of some of these senses. Surrounding their art were all the things Prep are grateful for and Mr Weeks was grateful to receive this gift. It is now proudly on display in the Principal’s Office.
