T3, Week 7
Celebrating Prep Learning
In Prep we have been learning about how living things change and grow. Over the past two weeks we have partnered with our High School Agriculture classes to hatch chicks as we look at the life cycle of chickens. The children have really enjoyed watching the chicks hatch from their eggs and observing them as they eat, drink and cheep. We have loved opportunities to hold and pat them too!

Now that we have learned all of our initial sounds, we have begun to use our Sounds Write program to read and write some simple words. Our Prep friends are so excited to be able to begin writing and using our whiteboards like our big friends in Kindergarten.
