Timmy and the Breakfast Band entertained our Prep to Year 8 students on Wednesday morning. There were squeals of delight from our younger students and plenty of smiles from our older students as the performers demonstrated how music can influence mood, emotions and actions. We witnessed acrobatic feats, dramatic acting and professional musicians playing the cello, piano accordion, musical saw and the banjo. Here are some photos which provide a glimpse of our experience.

MCS Ensembles

Making music is always more fun with others! We are excited to offer a wide range of ensembles at MCS. Being a part of an ensemble allows students to build upon the skills they learn in music class or private music lessons in a fun and relaxed environment. Ensembles also help to develop teamwork and communication skills as the group works together to produce a beautiful sound. Contact Mrs Falckh or Mrs Blatch to find out more about these groups.
