Thank you to our families who are helping us get ready for our Swimming Carnival, which takes place next Wednesday 8th February, by going to our Parent Portal and providing consent for your child to attend and participate in this event.

When: Wednesday 8th February

Where: Stockton Swimming Centre

Time: 9:30am

  • For those students wishing to compete in 200 Individual Medley, 100m or 200m, parents will need to drop them at the pool by 8:15am.

  • MCS Families are welcome to attend - Cost for pool entry applies

  • Medowie Christian School will still provide transport to the carnival by bus, leaving the school by 8:45am and returning in time for normal home routines.

Unsure of Your Child’s Swimming Ability?

Your child’s safety is our number one priority! If your child is attending the carnival but you’re unsure whether they have the confidence to swim the 50 metres, or perhaps they are a non-swimmer, please email me on bradhallett@acc.edu.au There will be plenty of supervision for your child at the pool during the day with thirty staff members in attendance, senior student helpers and pool safety officers, all committed to ensuring safety, wellbeing and to provide every opportunity for success. And don’t forget, you are welcome to attend this year as well.
