T1, Week 9
What a great week in Secondary! Between Cross Country, InterCru and Term Awards we have been reminded of how warm, considerate, kind, determined and authentic our young people are.
Cross Country

Term Awards
Our students’ CareGroup teachers and peers have recognised a group of our young people for a range of Christ-like qualities ranging from courage, respect, initiative, leadership, humility and dedication to their studies.
A visit to the Keen Bean was definitely a nice moment of celebration together. Thank you to these and many of our students who make our school community feel like family.

InterCRU
On Thursday afternoon a group of students spent an afternoon at Maitland Christian School, at a combined Christian School’s event called InterCRU. The afternoon was spent worshipping, praising, praying and reading God’s word together. Our students heard a guest speaker who reminded us to carry out the Great Commission by Loving God and Loving Others - that we cannot earn God's perfect love, and that truly loving others is how others encounter Jesus.
It was a wonderful time of encouragement and fellowship for our students. May our young people continue to live out their faith with love and purpose, reflecting God’s grace in our daily lives.
