A New Year Begins in Secondary
Welcome back to the 2025 school year Secondary families!
The return of our young people is a heartwarming reminder of the joy that teaching brings. The excitement and laughter that come with new friendships being formed are sounds that warm our hearts.
This week has been filled with a mix of emotions for our students, from excitement to nervousness, as we all ease back into our learning routines. Our Year 12 students stepped into their final first day of Secondary school, marking the beginning of their last three terms of formal education.
Year 7 students experienced their very first day of Secondary school, embarking on an exciting new journey. Meanwhile, Year 11 began their transition into Stage 6, and Year 10 took their first steps into Senior Secondary school. Year 8 were excited to know they were no longer the new kids on the block with Year 9 enjoying the move into Stage 5 with elective choices.

Thank you to our Student Leadership Team for their support in guiding new students, welcoming new families, and organising activities that helped our young people connect and get to know one another.
Please reach out to your child’s CareGroup teacher at any time throughout the year to answer any questions or queries you may have. We desire to work with our families to ensure our young people are Well Known, Well Loved and Well Taught.
May 2025 be filled with an abundance of opportunities for our young people to grow, learn and experience Jesus.
