T3, Week 6
Stage 2 Camp
This week Stage 2 spent a fabulous time at camp at Cru Lake Mac. Our Year 3 and 4 students were given a great opportunity to stretch themselves by engaging in rock climbing, canoeing, fishing, bush walking, low rope climbing and a maze challenge. They also participated in team challenges and learned all about how much God loves them and how he sent Jesus to die for them so that they can have a relationship with him. They loved sharing a cabin with their friends and for many spending their first night away from home. Thank you to the Stage 2 teachers and Mr Pullen for making this camp possible.

Celebrating Stage 3 Learning
Year 5/6 have eagerly enhanced their artist talents as they planned, created and evaluated three-dimensional Monet lilypads, Port Stephens watercolour silhouette sunsets, complex concertina pop-out cards and recycled sweet pots, framed pictures, money jars and stationery sets. Currently, students are focused on developing their across-curriculum entrepreneurial skills, ready to launch their Business in a Box stall, as part of the upcoming MCS Christmas celebrations.
