Medowie's Got Talent 2022

Congratulations to all students who performed in the Finals of Medowie’s Got Talent this year. We were grateful for Mrs Fleming and Mr Hall who adjudicated the afternoon performances to decide our 2022 winners. Congratulations to our winners: Jazzmyn & Bethany on their Hakuna Matata adaptation, Dylan Hoppe on her piano performance and Matilda & Rory for their magic trick. Thank you to all the parents, music teachers and students who have invested hours into refining their performance skills. We eagerly await what talents will be revealed in MGT 2023!

Choir

Our primary choir is busily preparing for many end of year performances. Please be watching for notes on Sentral Parent Portal and submit a reply for each event, keeping in mind that some dates and times are out of school hours. The choir will also be performing at Christmas Chapel and Presentation Day.

Yesterday, the choir and dance group performed at Medowie Town Centre for the Port Stephens Council Christmas Launch. Our students sang and positively represented our school in the community. We received lovely feedback from a number of local community members about the behaviour and talent of our choir and dance groups. Thank you to everyone who was able to be part of this community building adventure with a special thank you to Mrs Lilley, Ms Pietsch, Mrs Blatch, Mrs Dew, Mrs Green and Mrs Donaldson for escorting us on our 1.5 km walk to the shopping centre.
