Musical Rehearsals
Rehearsal schedules have been emailed out to all parents of cast members.
Yesterday, we had a fabulous rehearsal in preparation for our Finding Nemo Jr. Performance at the Junior Theatre Festival next weekend. Please be sure to check the parent portal for full details of this excursion - and don’t forget to pack your theatre blacks (black pants & shirt) to get changed into before we leave school on Friday at 1pm. Our JTF rehearsal video will be sent out via email for home rehearsal to those involved.
Hard copies of scripts have finally arrived but we are awaiting another few copies. Lead cast members are encouraged to be practising at home between rehearsals.

Medowie's Got Talent Finals
We have been blessed with watching an amazing selection and variety of performances across the week. There have been acts from singers, dancers, drama and cheer teams, magicians, pianists, violinists and cellists, roller-skaters, glow in the dark hula hoopers and skateboarders.
Finalists who are invited to perform on Friday 3rd November will be announced next week. Parents and friends are welcome to attend this finals performance.
In the Spotlight
MCS Secondary Students proudly presents: “In the Spotlight”
In The Lighthouse - Thursday 23rd November - 6:30pm
This evening event will showcase the work of Secondary Creative Arts and Design students. Student artworks and Design and Technology projects will be on display and the evening will feature performances by students from our elective Music and Drama classes, Secondary Medowie’s Got Talent winners, and Secondary Music Ensembles.
We warmly invite family and friends to join us in celebrating the talent and hard work of our students!
