Catering:
Are you able to assist with our catering team on Friday 30th June? We are looking for volunteers to assist by preparing scones (8:45-10:15am) and serving the sausage sizzle (1:00-2:15pm). If you are able to assist, please email medowie@acc.edu.au with your availability.
Tickets:
This is a ticketed event. Both performances are the same - you can choose to attend one or both performances, but will require a ticket for each one you choose to attend. All students in Prep to Year 6 are involved on both the Thursday evening and Friday matinee shows. Secondary students in VIBE, Mixed Media, Chapel Band, Stage 5 & 6 Music elective and Stage 6 Drama classes will also be performing.
Be sure to purchase your tickets via eventbrite soon - we have sold over half our allocated seating for this event. A contribution of proceeds will be going towards our Compassion Sponsor Child.

The Grandparents Day schedule includes:
10am Open Primary classrooms for Grandparents to visit their Grandchildren
10:45am Morning tea for Grandparents
11:30am Concert followed by a sausage sizzle
Anyone is welcome to attend the matinee performance - purchase your ticket via eventbrite from the link above.
All students will conclude their school day at 2pm. Families are encouraged to collect students at that time however supervision will be provided for any students who need to stay until afternoon buses.
